It is fortunate enough that they provide a place to stay for these beautiful creatures of God, but not every time can these shelters can receive the funding to keep all the animals alive. Regardless, there are always people out there who care enough to do all they can to save the animals. Dogs like Charlie usually don't last a week in these shelters unless they are adopted.
