'Words cannot convey the sorrow': All 14 people killed in New Orleans terrorist attack identified

Terrence Kennedy

LaTonya Kennedy told ABC News that her brother, Terrence Kennedy, 63, was a social man who could talk to almost anyone for hours, confirming that he was among the deceased.

She recalled her brother wearing big 2025 glasses the last time she saw him alive on New Year’s Eve when she hugged him and wished him a happy new year before telling him to be careful as he left for Bourbon Street.

“He loved the French Quarter, and the only thing he would do, he'd get one can of beer and go stand up and talk to everybody,” LaTonya Kennedy said. “He might stand right there on Bourbon and Carondelet Street and talk for five hours.”
