'Arrow' Season 4 Episode 12 News: Nyssa al Ghul and Roy Harper Are Back In Star City

A mini-reunion will happen in Star City since Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law) and Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) are back in tonight's episode of "Arrow" season 4.

According to Melty, Roy Harper, who is also known as the red-hooded sidekick Arsenal, will come back from exile in the next episode. Fans have been waiting for Harper's return since he took the fall for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), when he claimed he is the Green Arrow, during the third season of the show. Fans wonder why he decided to come back to the city since he's been gone for quite a while. No further details were released about Harper's comeback, so viewers will just have to watch out later on what happens on his visit to Star City.

On the other hand, Nyssa's return is also a surprise to fans. According to the International Business Times, Nyssa decides to hide after closing the Lazarus Pit, and is said to be in the custody of the League of Assassins ever since she last graced Star City. The synopsis teases that she'll make a move, and fans wonder if it has something to do with her father, Malcolm (John Borrowman).
