The previous episode of "Arrow" Season 4 titled "Brotherhood" had John Diggle reunite with his brother, Andy Diggle, who had been thought as dead, killed by the HIVE, Damien Darhk's organization.

Oliver Queen went full steam ahead with his plan of becoming Mayor of Star City and promised to restore Starling Bay. Damien Darhk challenged him and warned him to stay away from the bay.

The HIVE attacked parts of the city's main organs like the banks. Oliver and John go to a research lab to find a deadly substance used by HIVE and there they discover that John's brother is one of the Ghosts under Damien's influence and is not dead.

Andy is located and saved with the help of Ray Palmer and his ATOM suit.

In the upcoming "Arrow" episode, the ladies, Thea, Felicity and Laurel along with Diggle, formulate a weapon that might be successful against Vandal Savage as Oliver and Barry rack their brains on how to outwit the villainous Savage.
