Following the fall, Team Arrow and Star City are both in disarray. A lot of members of Team Arrow decided to leave the city and that goes for Oliver's right-hand man Diggle (David Ramsey) and Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne). Captain Lance is their ally in the police force. On the other hand, Thea (Willa Holland) decided to stay away from vigilantism.

Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) is the only one left in Team Arrow. This time Oliver focused mainly in being the interim mayor of Star City.

Now we know what has been of the heroes in Team Arrow. Most have gone to find their own place. Oliver this time will have his vengeance gone-too-far due to the tragedy that happened in the city. This will then put him in odds with other vigilantes.
