Finale Recap

In seaon 4, Oliver finds himself elected as the interim mayor which puts his being a superhero on hold. In the course of their standoff, Reiter (Jimmy Akingbola) and Taiana(Elysia Rotaru) both die which lead to Oliver in having qualms about his dark side. Amanda (Cynthis Addai-Robinson) is there to reassure him about himself. Oliver then faces Darhk (Damien McDonough) in a battle which he lost and Darhk celebrates his win with Team Arrow.

Following the fall, Team Arrow and Star City are both in disarray. A lot of members of Team Arrow decided to leave the city and that goes for Oliver's right-hand man Diggle (David Ramsey) and Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne). Captain Lance is their ally in the police force. On the other hand, Thea (Willa Holland) decided to stay away from vigilantism.

Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) is the only one left in Team Arrow. This time Oliver focused mainly in being the interim mayor of Star City.
