'Black Panther' News: Chad Bosewick Talks About His Vital Role

While a new Marvel superhero will be introduced in the upcoming installment of "Captain America: Civil War," the new addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe will also be starring in his own solo film.

Fans have been waiting for the Black Panther to make his debut on the big screen. It was stated that his first solo film will be a milestone for Marvel as it will introduce the first black Marvel hero to have his own standalone movie.

In addition, his presence in the upcoming film will be vital in the plot. While the Avengers will be divided into opposing sides regarding the Registration Act, it was said that the Black Panther will provide an interesting perspective regarding the matter. According to Movie Pilot, the Black Panther will keep a neutral side regarding the matter in the beginning of the story.

However, there are speculations stating that he will eventually join the team of Captain America. The news of which side he choses had fans wondering why. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, Chad Bosewick, who will be portraying the role of the Black Panther, shared some teasers about the matter. He said, "Ultimately some sides are taken, but I think the trick of the movie is for no one to be blindly following. Everybody is actually on their own side, in truth."

Along with his introduction to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it was reported that the writer of the "Black Panther" comics, Ta-Nehisi Coates, is expected to debut a new comic series for the Marvel superhero.

According to Wired Magazine, Coates was able to explain why he decided to write the comic series. He said, "I mean, it was Marvel and it was a comic book. I would have written anything for them. When I started reading comics, there was no Black Panther series in motion, and he wasn't in the Avengers at that time either, so I wasn't as up on him as other people. Once I went back and did the really heavy research, I began to feel like I had my particular take on the character."
