'iZombie' Season 2 Episode 12 Spoilers: Liv Becomes Obsessed with Social Media

Liv (Rose McIver) becomes obsessed with social media, after eating the brains of a dead social media addict in "iZombie" season 2 episode 12, which is titled "Physician, Heal Thy Selfie."

Loyal "iZombie" fans are always looking forward to see the "Persona of the Week" that Liv will take on each episode, and this time, the show will tackle a person's obsession with social media. According to TV Overmind, the episode will air after "Fifty Shades of Grey Matter," which guest stars Kristen Bell. Fans are excited to see both episodes, since Liv tends to go over the top when she's influenced by someone else's brains.

Meanwhile, the website said that Ravi (Rahul Kohli) and Peyton (Aly Michalka) might get back together in episode 12. Peyton is going through something difficult, and she will lean on Liv's boss and friend during this time. Fans are looking forward to see if the two will indeed end up together again.

The synopsis of "iZombie" season 2 episode 12 is posted on the Futon Critic, and it reads, "#TeamZ — Detective Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin) and Liv (Rose McIver) are investigating a triple homicide, and Liv is shocked to learn that the victims' bodies are missing their heads. A very hungry Liv is forced to consume the brain of an unfortunate social media hungry soul who was recently run over by a bus. Meanwhile, Peyton leans on Ravi for support, and things get interesting when Blaine's (David Anders) worlds start to collide. Robert Buckley also stars."

The episode was directed by Zetna Fuentes and written by Talia Gonzalez and Bisanne Masoud.

Meanwhile, "Veronica Mars" star Kristen Bell revealed that her upcoming voice-over guesting next week was just simply recorder on her phone, according to Entertainment Weekly. "The funny thing that came about was that Rob was making it very easy for me to accomplish this and said, 'Just record it on your phone, send it to me, we'll lay it into the episode,'" Bell said. The 35-year-old actress said that she wrote the lines on a paper and recorded it while her kids were sleeping. Viewers can't wait to hear her voice-over role, since the episode promises to definitely be entertaining.

"Fifty Shades of Grey Matter" will air next week, Feb. 2, while "Physician, Heal Thy Selfie" will air the following week, Feb. 9, on The CW network.
