'Star Wars Battlefront 2' Gear Coming to 'FIFA 18,' 'NHL 18,' 'NBA Live 18' and 'Battlefield 1'

Electronic Arts (EA) is bringing the galaxy far, far away to the world of sports with "Star Wars Battlefront 2" items coming to the current iterations of the "FIFA," "NHL" and "NBA Live" games and even "Battlefield 1."

"FIFA 18" players can celebrate the impending launch of the highly anticipated sequel by donning the gear inspired by Inferno Squad, which they can grab from Nov. 7 to Nov. 28.

"NHL 18" gamers will also get the chance to represent the Inferno Squad with the same kit. Those who logged into their Hockey Ultimate Team (HUT) accounts before 11:59 p.m. PST last Oct. 31 will be able to enjoy these "Star Wars Battlefront 2" goodies, which will be available until packs are opened.

"Star Wars Battlefront 2" court graphics and home and away kits also await "NBA Live 18" players who play the Inferno Squad Live Events that run from Nov. 7 to Nov. 14.

Finally, the folks who play "Battlefield 1" and also love the Force will get a new melee weapon called the Totokia War Club, a weapon originally developed as a weapon of war on Fiji. Players who log in to the game starting today can get it for free.

"Star Wars Battlefront 2" is set for release on Nov. 17 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. It features a single-player mode told from the perspective of an Imperial officer.

The sequel also allows battles of heroes and villains from all generations and eras, which means that Darth Maul from the "Star Wars" prequels will get the chance to battle Rey from "The Force Awakens."

The official description for "Star Wars Battlefront 2" reads:

Play as—and against—Star Wars' most feared villains and cherished heroes from all three eras, including Kylo Ren, Rey, Darth Maul, Yoda, and many more. Unique, upgradable abilities ensure classic characters bring their distinct powers and personality to the battle.
