'Supergirl' Season 1 Episode 13 Spoilers: Kara Dreams of What it Would be Like to be on Krypton

Kara/Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) dreams about what her life could possibly be on Krypton, after she was attacked by an alien parasite.

According to We Got This Covered, fans will get a treat since the next episode will feature a visit to Krypton. In the stills released for the upcoming episode, an alien plant is attached to Supergirl, which is causing her to revisit her home planet in her dreams. Fans can't wait to see what her dream shows, since it was reported that the plant brings out someone's "secret fantasies."

ComicBook.com said that the story of the 13th episode is based on the "Superman" classic story "For the Man Who Has Everything." Andrew Kreisberg, the show's executive producer, said that he's excited to show Supergirl's fantasy, which is being on Krypton like nothing happened. "I've literally been pitching this from this first episode!" the producer said during the last Television Critics Association winter press tour. Viewers can't wait to see what the episode will bring.

The episode synopsis was posted on Spoilers Guide, and it reads, "Kara's friends must find a way to save her life when a parasitic alien attaches itself to her and traps her in a dream world where her family is alive and her home planet was never destroyed. Also, Alex, Hank and the DEO must fend off a Kryptonian attack while Kara is out of commission."

"Supergirl" season 1 episode 13 was directed by Dermott Downs and the story was written by Andrew Kreisberg. Guest stars include Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, Laura Benani as Alura/Astra, Chris Vance as Non, Robert Gant as Zor-El, Briana Venskus as Agent Vasquez, Christopher Showerman as Tor, and
Daniel DiMaggio as Kal-El.

The 13th episode, which is titled "For the Girl Who Has Everything," will air next week, Feb. 8, on CBS, while "Supergirl" season 1 episode 12 titled "Bizarro" will premiere tonight, Feb. 1.
