Taylor Swift and Beyonce New Song 2015 Collaboration News: Pair to Team Up for New Music?

Are Taylor Swift and Beyonce planning to release a new song together?

Hollywoodlife reports that Swift has added the "7/11" singer to her roster of dream collaborations. Last year, Beyonce and husband Jay Z attended Swift's 25th birthday at her New York apartment, and many were surprised to find out that the power couple was friends with the "Shake It Off" singer. A week after that, Beyonce and Swift reunited as they sat together at Jay Z's concert.

"Taylor would kill to do a duet with Beyonce—that would be a dream come true," said a source to Hollywood Life.

"It's not something she's asked Beyonce yet, since she's still way too much of a fan girl when she's around her. But she told friends that it's something that she would love to do, and it's on her bucket list for sure."

In the past, Beyonce has collaborated with other artists such as Lady Gaga, Shakira, Missy Elliott, Drake, and Alicia Keys among others, and she has done several songs with her husband. Meanwhile, Swift has worked on songs with Colbie Caillat, Ed Sheeran, John Mayer, and Tim McGraw.

The website's source adds that Swift has several collaborations to work on before working on a project with Beyonce.

"She already has her song with Kanye to work on and she's working on something with Calvin [Harris]. She's also about to start her world tour so it's not like she has tons of time on her hands. But if Beyonce said she wanted to do a song with her, Taylor would jump at it," the source said.
