However, recent spoilers from Movie News Guide indicate that Keen will return in "The Blacklist" Season 4. There are teasers hinting that fans will learn more about Keen's murder in Season 3, which could pave way for her return.

TV Guide stated that Keen's death was fake and was just a way for the writers to cope with Boone's real-life pregnancy. Speculations suggest that the writers twisted the plot to stage a fake death as Boone will be having a maternity leave.
Rumors from News Everyday claim that Keen was able to get a drug that slowed down her pulse and made her look like she was dead. She allegedly did this to convince everyone that she indeed died, keeping the FBI off her back.
While this has yet to be confirmed, fans are hoping that "The Blacklist" Season 4 will see the return of Keen. It is possible to have Boone back since filming could resume after her maternity leave. Boone gave birth to a baby girl on April 15.
