Episode 9 Preview

The teaser of the incoming ninth episode promises more dramas, revelations and decision-makings. With Brandon going to his much-awaited Julliard audition, his life will change, as well as the storyline of the season.

According to Carter Matt, the episode next week will be one of the most important parts of the fourth season. Brandon has been preparing for a long time, and fans are already interested to find out how the story would evolve with him failing or passing the audition.

Aside from the audition, Brandon will also meet a new woman who will help him realize that his relationship with Cortney is drifting. Episode 8 has already showed some tensions, and the succeeding episode seems to offer more emotional scenes as well.

Stef and Lena (Sherri Saum) will also be making a big announcement in the incoming episode. The announcement is still vague, but it will surely be something shocking and might possibly change the course of the story.

TV Fanatic predicted that based on the past episodes of the family drama, it will most likely have an emotional finale. The season might end with the family leaving their childhood home.

The ninth episode "New York" will air on Freeform on Aug. 22 while the season finale "Collateral Damage" will follow on Aug. 29.
