'The Good Wife' Season 7 Episode 8 Spoilers: Diane Plays a Major Role Next Episode

The upcoming episode of "The Good Wife" is expected to feature Diane.

The character, played by Christine Baranski, will be playing a major role in episode 8 of the season.

The fan favorite character will be back for the next episode titled "Restraint." It was revealed that she will be having challenges facing her next case because it represents ideas that are opposing to her beliefs.

As for Alicia, it was said that she will also be experiencing some obstacles in the episode to come.

While the previous episode saw her celebrating with her husband after a big win on a case, not all will be well for her career in the upcoming episode. It was reported that she and her partner Lucca will be facing some competition in the episode to come. Because of that, they will be working together to work out a plan that will bring the clients from Louis Canning to their firm.

According to Carter Matt, the synopsis reads, "Diane is personally conflicted when she is forced to argue a heated case between pro-choice and pro-life advocates in order to retain an important client, represented by attorney Ethan Carver (Peter Gallagher). Also, Alicia and Lucca are desperate for new business and attempt to poach clients from Louis Canning (Michael J. Fox)."

Meanwhile, a YouTube teaser for the upcoming episode showed some romance as well. It was revealed that the episode will feature the chemistry between Eli Good and Courtney Page, played by guest star Vanessa Williams.

So far, fans have been disappointed at the outcome of the current season. However, there are speculations that this upcoming episode could bring the show back to its glory.

"The Good Wife" season 7 episode 8 is expected to air on Nov. 22.
