'Top Chef' Season 13 Episode 9 Spoilers: Chad White Plans to Start a New Venture After His Elimination

Chef Chad White just got eliminated from "Top Chef" season 13, but the chef is now ready to move on and start a new business venture.

According to Inlander, the Spokane, Washington-native is preparing for his next venture, which is the opening of Native Post Provisions. The website said that the 32-year-old chef's new restaurant will feature flavors from the Inland West, and will soon open this spring. In the meantime, Chef White is keeping himself busy these days by partnering with a local Spokane chef for a special one-off event like the dinner at Ruins in Spokane, which will happen next week.

Chef White was the last chef to be eliminated from the latest season of "Top Chef," after cooking Ash-Seared Tuna with Citrus, Pickled Beets, and Radish and Black Sesame. He also wasn't able to win against fellow Washington-native, Jason Stratton, in their cooking battle on "Last Chance Kitchen," which is a web series that allows eliminated contestants to come back to the competition if they win against the current champion.

Meanwhile, Bravo TV posted the summary of the upcoming episode, and it reads, "The iconic Restaurant Wars is back and bigger than ever. For the first time in 'Top Chef' history, the chefs are opening their restaurants for both lunch and dinner services. No one is safe as each chef must run front of house or act as the executive chef in one of the services. The pressure is on as two services means twice the drama."

The website also posted the sneak peek of the show's much-awaited culinary challenge, the Restaurant Wars, in the next episode, which is titled "Not Enough Bacon!" Fans can't wait to see what will happen on the first part of the Restaurant Wars this Thursday.

Watch "Top Chef" season 13 episode 9 on Thursday, Feb. 4, on Bravo TV.
