Months after praying for chemistry with his Charlotte Hornets teammates, point guard Jeremy Lin is revealing that some of the players are now uniting over their Christian faith.

In an email sent to his digital prayer group, Lin requested that people pray for the Hornets players who are taking part in a new Bible study.

"Prayer for our team as we've started a Bible study and many of my teammates have shown a hunger to either learn more about Christ or strengthen their relationship with God," the 27-year-old Christian athlete requested of his prayer group.
