An amazing disabled kid has brought laughter to millions by doing a stand up comedy routine on Britain's Got Talent. He has said that he hopes to inspire and provide joy to others through his jokes.

The video of the routine has now gone viral, and the description on the video states: "Despite fearing he was being thrown to the lions, teenage comedian Jack Carroll had the audience rolling in the aisles from the moment he stepped onto the stage.
