Jill Dillard of reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting" is once again rumored to be pregnant with baby number two. The photo showed her together with her family, husband Derick Dillard and first born Israel David, celebrating Easter Sunday in El Salvador.
With the caption "Happy Easter....one day late! Jesus is alive! :-) #dillardfamily www.dillardfamily.com," fans flocked the post with comments asking if she is pregnant. Some of her followers commented on Jill's belly by saying that she looks pregnant. Others also pointed out that it seems like she is wearing a maternity shirt and a hint of a baby bump can be seen, although it's not clear as the photo is cut midsection and no one can really tell if it's really a baby or just an angle that makes her look pregnant.
Despite the rumors spreading, the couple has not made any news or confirmation yet which is different from their first pregnancy.
