4. 'A Christmas Prayer Tradition' — Great American Pure Flix, Oct. 22

Faith takes center stage in “A Christmas Prayer Tradition,” the sequel to “A Christmas Prayer,” winner of the 2026 Movieguide Award for Best Family Film.

Starring Shae Robins, Christopher Russell and Madeleine Cox, the Christmas film returns viewers to Bellford Falls as Natalie prepares to debut her children's book, “Adeline the Angel,” while Wes continues to deepen his faith.

Meanwhile, Caroline quietly begins a mission to answer the prayers and needs of people throughout her community. Her efforts help the family discover that some of God's greatest works can happen through seemingly simple acts of kindness.

“This is the best semblance of Christmas movies that I've ever seen, original premieres that are faith-focused, family-oriented, have great characters and storylines and settings,” Great American Media President and CEO Bill Abbott told The Christian Post of the platform's Christmas slate.

“A couple are a little more dramatic and deal with issues that typical Christmas movies don't, but you'll also see great outcomes and feel-good stories within those day-to-day trials that we all go through in life. We look at faith as just a golden thread of something that's there through the good times and the bad in our lives.”

“A Christmas Prayer Tradition” will have its world streaming premiere on Great American Pure Flix on Oct. 22 before airing Oct. 24 on Great American Family and GFAM+.
