1. Terry Schilling: ‘Landmark victory for fairness and sanity’
In a statement shared with CP on Tuesday, American Principles Project CEO Terry Schilling praised the ruling as a “landmark victory for fairness and sanity by restoring sex-based categories that protect female athletes.”
“Girls deserve their own playing fields and private spaces, free from biological men who seek to invade them,” he added.
“Since the start of this ugly chapter in our history, too many girls have been sacrificed to radical ideology, suffering serious injuries, facing shameful threats from officials and losing scholarships and opportunities to biological males,” he added. “The American people will rightly look back on this period with disgust, but the court has taken a vital step to right these historic wrongs. More than half of states have already passed commonsense protections for young holders with the help of the American Principles Project; the rest of the nation must now follow suit.”
