3. Church removes social media post of gunman's mother

A 2021 Facebook post celebrating the retirement of Mary Grace Westman from the Church of the Annunciation has been deleted.

The Aug. 16, 2021, post included the following caption: "On Sunday we honored Mary Grace Westman who is retiring from Annunciation. She has provided such wonderful hospitality, friendship and compassion to all who gathered for the last five years at Annunciation. You will be missed! Congratulations on your retirement!"

The post was deleted by Wednesday afternoon.

Mary Grace Westman was identified in a 2020 state document as the mother of Robert Paul Westman.
