3. Project Veritas lost hundreds of thousands of social media followers 

The website Social Blade, which keeps track of social media accounts' followers in real time, shows that Project Veritas has lost more than 300,000 Twitter followers in the days since O'Keefe's departure. On Sunday, the day before O'Keefe announced he was leaving the organization, Project Veritas had 1,471,318 followers on Twitter.

That number dropped by 191,664 on Feb. 20. The number of followers continued to decrease by 97,192 on Tuesday, and the account shed an additional 12,231 followers Wednesday. As of Thursday afternoon, Project Veritas has over 1,167,000 Twitter followers. 

On Facebook, the Project Veritas Facebook page has 20,000 fewer likes than it did before O'Keefe departed. On Sunday, Project Veritas had 666,787 likes on Facebook. That number dropped by 5,549 on Monday, an additional 11,211 Tuesday and 2,008 on Wednesday. As of Thursday afternoon, Project Veritas has 647,233 likes on Facebook.

On YouTube, Project Veritas' channel lost 40,000 Followers on both Monday and Tuesday while shedding an additional 10,000 on both Wednesday and Thursday. Over four days, Project Veritas' YouTube subscriptions dropped from approximately 1.6 million to about 1.49 million.
