KeKe Wyatt, the 35-year-old R&B singer who's pregnant with the ninth child in her household, believes children should not hinder people from pursuing career goals. In fact, she thinks motherhood should inspire people to work harder.
"Babies don't get in the way of careers, we get in the way of careers. If that's what the Lord had for me from the very beginning, there's nothing nobody can do and nobody can say," Wyatt told The Christian Post. "[They] gave me more power to fight. That was my gasoline."
She went on to reveal examples of how children can serve as a motivation to work harder.
"'Oh he needs diapers ... hey, alright,'" she said. "Every time I have a baby I fight more and I'll never stop fighting."
