A/G Prayer and Bible Conference Begins Today

Nine Assemblies of God districts from the Gulf region will gather for the annual Prayer and Bible Conference in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Jan. 6-7. The conference coincides with the A/G National Week of Prayer which began yesterday, and will feature guest speakers Thomas E. Trask, Bryan Jarrett, Earl Creps, Danny Duvall and Samuel Rijfkogel.

"It is vital that we be a Fellowship of prayer," says A/G General Superintendent Thomas Trask. "When we pray, it moves the hand of God. Our desire is to see the Holy Spirit move mightily in our Fellowship and across this nation in a miraculous way."

The conference begins at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, with prayer, praise and Scripture being the primary areas of focus. The conference resumes on Wednesday at 9 a.m. with prayer, followed by sessions at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. All sessions are free and open to the public.
