After receiving about 4,000 calls in one week from one boy named David 911 dispatchers were very concerned as to why this was happening.
David accidentally called them while trying to listen to music on an old phone. This boy has Down syndrome and did not realize what he was doing when he called them. Instead of getting mad at the situation, these dispatchers do something heartwarming for this man. One of them comes up with an idea to buy him an iPod or something to play music.
His reaction to receiving such a thoughtful gift is just priceless, a must-see!
