4. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Another city failing to live up to its namesake, the “City of Brotherly Love,” Philadelphia is the fourth most sinful city in the country. It also ranks second in WalletHub’s “Anger and Hatred” index and seventh in jealousy.

Greed and laziness may not abound in Philadelphia as they do in other cities, but lust and vanity are surprisingly prevalent, with the city ranking 12th and 18th in both categories, respectively.
