Android 4.4.4 Kitkat Available for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4

Google's Android Lollipop has already been announced and soon enough it would be released to the public. However, it would seem that most Samsung device users are still stuck with the early version of Android Kitkat and are still waiting on the tech company to bring it to their devices.

Samsung is one of the smartphone giants who are still struggling to bring the 4.4.4 Kitkat updates to their customers and the process has been slow. Most Samsung device users are still stuck with the 4.4.2 Kitkat version and with the release of Android Lollipop looming over the horizon, Samsung may need to hurry.

Sure enough though, the company has been delivering the updates to the devices and in the latest updates, users with a Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4 should now be able to download the Android 4.4.4 Kitkat update.
The following devices should be getting the updates soon enough as well: the Galaxy Note 2, the Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, the Galaxy S4 Active, and the Galaxy Mega.

Other handheld manufacturers like HTC, LG, and Motorola are also rolling out the updates to their smartphones before the Android Lollipop becomes public. Users in the UK can now get the update for their HTC One M7 with carriers Vodafone, O2, Three, and EE. The One Mini and One Max should be getting the update in the coming months.

Moto G and Moto X users should also be getting the updates now as they should as Motorola is looking to be preparing the release the Android Lollipop update on their phones when it comes out.
