Audience Responds to Punches, the Gospel at Georgia Church's Mixed Martial Arts Event (VIDEO)

Most successful church events implement the trinity of F's: Food, Fun and Fellowship. Last Friday night, a Georgia church drew hundreds to their outreach gathering by adding an uncommon fourth: Fighting.

New Season Church in Hiram, Ga. put on "Fight Club," a mixed martial arts event much like a night of UFC under a big tent. About 400 men came to watch fighters contend for victory. The fight card was presented with a barbecue dinner and the Gospel, to which many reportedly responded and decided to follow Christ.

Church and MMA are apparently having a moment right now. We previously looked at the documentary "Fight Church," which follows pastors who seek to knock each other out in the ring.
