'Bones' Season 10 News, Spoilers: Executive Producer Stephen Nathan Talks Hodgins and Angela Leaving to Paris

Last week's penultimate episode for the 10th season of the hit police-procedural TV drama series "Bones" saw some resolution between Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) while another couple are heading out for another place.

Fans of the series have long been acquainted with Hodgins' (TJ Thyne) and Angela's (Michaela Conlin) plans to move out of the country. This week's finale episode is expected to see their departure for Paris.

"I think there are always going to be different reasons for leaving. There are an infinite number of reasons to walk through a door," the show runner told Entertainment Weekly about the season ender, which he considers to be "really emotional even for me to see."

Of course fans are still on the lookout as to how things will play out between the show's main characters. According to Entertainment Weekly, there's never really a guarantee that the changes happening to Booth will continue all throughout the span of their renewed relationship.

"Brennan could never get a guarantee that he is going to behave well all the time in the future. All she can do is trust again, trust him again, and that allowed us to do it in that amount of time," Nathan explained. "Even though it might not have been ultimately the most rational thing for her to do — which would traditionally be Brennan — I think it showed how much she had changed, as well, and what trust in the ephemeral nature of love actually means to her."
