Child Rape Victim: 'I Lived Life Trapped in Sexual Bondage...But Jesus Healed Me, Allowed Me to Experience True Love'
As a young girl, Polly was sexually abused and raped. Those horrible and terrifying incidents sparked years of emotional and mental anguish, from which, she once thought she could never escape. Polly admits that she grew up with a twisted view of love, life, and men. She started stripping in order to make money and satisfied her depression with sex and alcohol. At the lowest point in her life she began to have suicidal thoughts.
Instead of ending her life and giving up, she went into rehab and eventually made a partial recovery, and got married. However, her past kept coming back to haunt her and it affected her marriage in a negative way.
She now testifies that Jesus Christ revealed the truth to her heart about who she truly is, and that she is a worthy daughter of the one true King, Jesus. She testifies that God brought freedom into her life, and showed her the power of true love!
