'Dance Moms' Season 6 Cast News: Maddy Ziegler Now Back for Filming

The reality TV star Maddie Ziegler is now back to filming episodes for the upcoming season of "Dance Moms."

It was previously reported that Ziegler was not present in the previous filming of the new season. Other stars of the series, such as Kendall Vertes, Kalani Hiliker, JoJo Siwa, Brynn Rumfallo, Nia Frazer, and Mackenzie Ziegler, were seen filming during the Fierce Dance Competition in California last week.

The group was able to win first place for the Junior Division, as well as overall. They performed their group dance titled "Bollywood Dreams." They had several other performances that made their way to the top. It was revealed that Frazer and Hiliker won fourth overall, and first place in the Teen Division for their performance titled "Isolations." Meanwhile, Rumfallo and Vertes were able to earn third place for Junior Division, as well as overall for their performance called "The Odd Couple."

Ziegler was not able to attend the competition because she was in New York for the filming of "The Book of Henry." This marked the fourth episode that she missed from the upcoming season of "Dance Moms." However, it was reported that Ziegler is now back with the rest of the dancer to film the rest of the season.

Meanwhile, Ziegler was also able to make the list of "The Most Influential Teens of 2015," according to Time Magazine. It was revealed that she became a global personality after appearing in the music videos of Sia titled "Chandelier," "Elastic Heart," and "Big Girls Cry."

She was also nominated for the category of "Seriously Popular" for the upcoming People's Choice Award. She will be put up against stars such as Kylie Jenner, Bella Thorne, Cara Delevingne, and Ruby Rose. With that, Ziegler took the chance to thank her fans for her recent nomination. She posted that she was excited to see all her fans during the awards night.
