Days of Our Lives Updates: Spoilers; Tate's Kidnapping and Chloe's Major Baby Drama Intensifies; Xander Gets Revenge on Theresa on Her Wedding Day
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) will still be pre-empted by the Rio Olympic Games this week of August 15. When the soap returns next Monday, expect some fantastic drama that is worthy of a gold medal. In the meantime, here are some spoilers to keep everybody posted on what to expect when the soap return.
The Tate Kidnapping
Everyone wants to know where Tate is and why he was taken. Right off Days of our Lives' return, some of the lingering questions about the kidnapping will be answered. Brady and John are about track down the British woman who was deeply involved in the case. However, it appears that the question on who the real mastermind is will continue to linger for a while it seems.
Victor would face arrest after the woman points to him as masterminding the kidnapping, but he would retaliate by claiming that he was being set-up by Deimos. Before the hiatus, Victor was on the phone with a British accomplice which makes Caroline think he is really the one. Caroline has rarely failed with her visions and hunches, but it is also possible that it may fail her this time.
Baby Drama
Meanwhile, Deimos will take his relationship with Nicole to another level by asking her to move in with him. However, Chloe is pregnant with his baby and Claire learns about it. She promises to keep the pregnancy a secret. Chloe also admits to her that she is considering abortion.
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Philip will offer to marry Chloe and will tell everybody that he is the baby's father. Both agree that Deimos could not be trusted. However, once Nicole learns about Chloe's baby, she will not believe that Philip could be the father. Nicole will confront Chloe and will demand to know if the baby is Deimos'.
Aftermath of Abigail's Death
Chad remains in shock over Abigail's presumed death and will cry over his crushed dreams of spending his life with her. He believes all that is over and will have to go through his life alone. He even decides that he won't be able to give Thomas what he needs now. Chad is ready to give Thomas to his grandmother.
Meanwhile, Ciara makes a bold move and professes her love to Chad. However, the grieving Chad cannot be bothered with her seemingly insignificant affection and tells her that he has no intention of pursuing their relationship further. He doesn't want anybody but Abby.
Other Spoilers
Jennifer is doing just as bad as, or even worse than, Chad in dealing with grief. Spoilers reveal that she will turn to pills and alcohol to cope with her terrible grief.
Rafe and Hope are so afraid that the real reason why Stefano was murdered will be discovered. Aiden has just been made the new district attorney and he is raring to clean up the mess that Justin left behind. He also wants his ex, Hope, to admit she killed Stefano.
Claire and Theo tell her parents about their future plans. They ended up kissing which will be witnessed by Ciara who has just been rejected by Chad.
Meanwhile, Theresa and Brady are getting married at the same day that Xander, Clyde and Orpheus break out of jail. They are all looking for revenge. Xander wants to kill Theresa and he might just succeed.
