In the divorce papers that Demi Moore filed earlier this week, however, Moore cited the date of separation as November 17, 2011- more than a month after the affair took place, Radar Online pointed out. It is because of this revelation that Moore is seeking spousal support.

Citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce, Moore also requested "spousal support" from Kutcher in addition to requesting that he pay "attorney fees." Kutcher's current net worth has been estimated at around $140 million a year, according to Celebrity Net Worth. In 2011, Kutcher became the highest-paid television actor. He currently makes $800,000 an episode for his role on "Two and a Half Men."

Despite his success, Moore is still worth slightly more, at $250 million. The actress, though, has not announced any new acting roles. In addition, Kutcher also has money invested in tech companies like Skype and FourSquare that stand to make a considerable fortune.

Together the couple is worth over $290 million, Celebrity Net Worth reported last year. California law states that the sum would be split in half, depending on a prenuptial agreement.

In February, Kutcher was accused of cheating on his current girlfriend, Mila Kunis. The accusation was made by Leal, who claimed that a friend sent her a picture of the actor wearing his pajamas.
