'General Hospital': Alexis Learns the Truth

ABC's "General Hospital" brings in a tension-filled week. This Monday, Feb. 27, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Julian Jerome (William deVry) are right in the thick of it, with the future of the hospital at stake.

Since the events from last week led Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) to the surprise discovery that Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker) is alive and well, things have started adding up for him. Although he himself is shocked that Olivia lives, against all odds, nobody is more surprised with the news than an unsuspecting Alexis.

Jason sets off to follow his own trail of investigation in order to learn more about the circumstances around Olivia's disappearance. His first stop was to try and see if Alexis knows anything about his target, and shows her a picture of Olivia. Alexis recognizes the Olivia in the picture as her Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) sponsor. With his experience practicing law, Jason immediately knows that something has gone terribly wrong. Find out the rest in Soaphub's spoilers summary.

Alexis, meanwhile, is shocked by the reveal. What will she do now with this information? Fans can look to Monday to see how Alexis processes all this.

Elsewhere, a crucial vote is about to be held, with the ownership of the General Hospital at stake. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) wants to make sure that the hospital ends up on their side. To guarantee this, she approaches Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to ensure that they have all the votes needed to win them the sale.

On the date of the vote itself, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is nowhere to be found! The distraught Monica ends up losing the poll. Later it would appear that Winston Rudge (David S. Lee) sabotaged the Quartermaines by drugging Laura's coffee.

Laura Spencer's absence clears the way for Julian Jerome to make good of his promise to secure the General Hospital for his sister. However, instead of the usual exchange, Julian finally confronts his sister for his daughter's sake. What will happen when the hospital changes hands? Find out this week starting Monday, Feb. 27, on daytime ABC.

"General Hospital" airs weekdays at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on ABC.
