'General Hospital' Spoilers: Anna Confides in Sonny, Tray Shows Soft Side

"General Hospital" this week will put on a lot of the spotlight on Ana Devane (Finola Hughes). According to a spoiler report by Celeb Dirty Laundry, Anna will be confiding to Sonny (Maurice Bernard) about gunning down Carlos (Jeffrey V Parise). She will reveal to him her secret while on their flight to Ecuador and her reason for doing so is because she wants to let him know that she will do everything in her power. She also wants him to be aware that they are on the same side.

Aside from that, Yibada detailed that with their newfound connection, Sonny and Anna will try to tackle an enemy together. Spoilers reveal that gun shots are going to be fired in the Port Charles town. Who will be affected? Inquisitr reported that it may have something to do with a face-to-face with Carlos. This will end up with Carlos fighting for his life once again.

But Anna and Sonny may be facing a rift with each other once Carlos dies because Julian (William DeVry) may never get what he deserves for trying to kill Duke (Ian Buchanan). Spoilers also say that the fight won't be good for Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) child. She may lose her during the battle.
