'Grey's Anatomy' Season 14 Episode 5 Spoilers: Megan, Owen, and Nathan's Past to Be Revealed

In episode 5 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 14, the events that took place moments before Megan (Abigail Spencer) was kidnapped will be revealed.

On the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 14, titled "Danger Zone," the history between Megan, Owen (Kevin McKidd), Nathan (Martin Henderson), and Teddy (Kim Raver) before they went their separate ways will finally be unveiled.

According to the episode listing on The Futon Critic, those events took place in Iraq in 2007, which also led to the kidnapping of Megan.

Flashbacks are shown on the episode 5 promo, of Nathan proposing to Megan. When the two announced their engagement to Owen and Teddy, they were all happy and excited.

However, later on, Nathan comes to Teddy and asks what he should do, to which, she answers, "Tell her the truth." It appears that there's more than just the proposal going on between Nathan and Megan before she disappeared.

While flashbacks are shown, episode 5 will also feature Owen and Megan talking about their issues in the present.

Meanwhile, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) might be finally fixing all her broken relationships now that she survived her tumor.

At the end of episode 4, Amelia agreed to come home to Owen. According to Scorsone, Amelia has changed forever since she survived the tumor.

"She's definitely seeing things in a new light. And again, we'll never know, was it because of the tumor coming out? Was it just the experience of going through this and coming out the other side? She'll never know. We'll never know. But she's changed forever," Scorsone explained to TVLine.

However, Amelia still might not be ready to get into the discussion of having children again. Scorsone says that her priority, for now, is to go back to being a good surgeon.

"Right now we're still in the trenches of getting Amelia back on her feet and into scrubs. This has been a major life event, so she's still picking up the pieces and dusting herself off," said Scorsone.

Viewers can catch "Grey's Anatomy" season 14 every Thursday night at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
