Katy Perry Flaunts New Hair in SNL

Katy Perry has debuted her new hair this week as she hosted an episode of the live comedy show “Saturday Night Live.”

Wearing a one-piece outfit and flaunting her new pinkish-blond hair, media outlets are reporting that Perry pulled off the performance pretty well.

It seems that advice from her husband Russell Brand, who also hosted the show last February, paid off. Perry told MTV that Russell had been giving her a good amount of advice. "He has gotten me prepared for this week, thankfully," she said before the show.

The show included a festive monologue from Perry, some Hello Kitty J Pop Fun, and lots of Perry's music as well as sketches with Matt Damon, Val Kilmer, and Alec Baldwin.

It was Perry's first significant performance in SNL since September 2010.
