Macaulay Culkin Holds Hands With Mila Kunis Look-A-Like in Paris (PHOTOS)

Macaulay Culkin was recently photographed holding hands with a mystery woman in Paris and onlookers could not help but observe she closely resembles his ex-girlfriend, Mila Kunis.

The "Home Alone" actor, 33, appeared to be happy and healthy after landing at Orly airport on the outskirts of Paris. At one point he was spotted presenting the unidentified woman with a red rose which has sparked dating reports.

"It was a simple gesture but very touching," an eyewitness told Us magazine. "It suggests they must be very much in love."

The former child star was left heartbroken in 2010 after splitting up with Kunis, 29. The pair dated on-and-off for eight years.

In 2012 Culkin was subject to drug abuse rumors after he was photographed strolling the streets of New York while looking disheveled, pale and clenching his stomach as if he were going to vomit. His rep vehemently denied the "reckless" heroin reports.

"Macaulay was looking great -- nothing like the disheveled character we've seen in recent years. He's clearly got his act together," a source said, adding that he and his companion were seen "smiling and joking" throughout their outing.

In October the actor, who has remained out of the lime light for years, made a rare public appearance at New York Comic Con with the cast of Adult Swim cartoon Robot Chicken. He is said to be enjoying his "bohemian lifestyle" and is said to be close friends with British rocker Pete Doherty.

"He enjoys being with an extreme character like Pete, and Pete likes him a lot, too. They sit up all night talking about the arts over bottles of wine and putting the world to right," another source revealed. "They have become great friends."

Like Culkin, Kunis has also moved on with actor, Ashton Kutcher, 35. The pair began dating in 2012 and sparked engagement rumors in recent months.
