'Madam Secretary' Season 3 Episode 14 Spoilers: Elizabeth Plays Cupid in the Name of Work

Elizabeth (Téa Leoni) will play a huge role in reuniting two star-crossed lovers in the upcoming episode of "Madam Secretary."

In the episode titled "Labor of Love," the synopsis (according to CarterMatt) reveals that the United States is working hard to establish a peace treaty between the Columbian government and the rebels. After years of unrest, the two factions are close to finally achieving amity. Everything rests on the two young souls who will reunite the country.

The son of the president and the daughter of the rebel leader will soon be married. Unfortunately, something unexpected will happen that will force the Americans to intervene. Elizabeth and her team must make sure that the couple will tie the knot no matter what. Playing cupid will be such a mundane matter considering what is at stake.

Meanwhile, Jay (Sebastian Arcelus) is unraveling at the seams. His wife, Abby (Stephanie J. Block), cannot be pacified with empty promises. She wants him to prioritize his family over work. Jay's preoccupation with his job at the State Department is taking its toll on his marriage. Abby feels that he is taking her and their daughter for granted.

Spoilers claim that Elizabeth's policy advisor will soon decide whether he will quit his work or not. His relationship with his wife has become so toxic, he cannot even focus on his tasks. Elizabeth is bound to ask him, sooner or later, what he plans to do in the future.

Elsewhere, Daisy (Patina Miller) will learn shocking information about potential boyfriend Kevin (Justin Baldoni). When the press coordinator met her new colleague, she was impressed. Kevin looked like a decent man and was extremely attractive. The viewers got the idea that they would go out on dates soon. However, an unfortunate discovery may put a wedge on their burgeoning romance. What kind of secret is Kevin keeping?

"Madam Secretary" season 3 episode 14 will air Sunday, March 5 at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
