Chicago native and videographer Blake Grigsby gets himself a megaphone and gets driven around different neighborhoods. Using the megaphone to blurt out positive comments to random people.

Most people who you find yelling out of cars are usually saying something negative or maybe just hitting on them. But, Blake loves to ride around and yell things that brighten people's day up.
