'Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' Trailer: Game Features, Pre-Order Bonus Revealed; Demo Available This Month

Bandai Namco's "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" has a new trailer and a demo of the upcoming game will also be available this month.

"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's" latest trailer (below) is fully packed with information. It reveals in-game features, highlights the game's story mode, and even teases the various story arcs of the game.

The story arcs that were highlighted include The Worshipped Goddess and Mother of All Chakras (featuring Kaguya Otsutsuki), Team 7 United, Roar of the Ten Tails, and The Ten Tails Jinchuriki. Last but not least, the final battle between Naruto and Sasuke was also teased.

The trailer also explains the new battle system in the upcoming game as follows:

1. ChangeLeader System - Allows players to switch characters in real time
2. Awakening (Linked Awakening) - Allows players and their teammates to be in the Awakening mode simultaneously to max out damage
3. Costume Damage - Allows players to see real time their opponent's attack and defense level changes
4. Elemental effects - Enables different elements and surrounding environments to affect attacks
5. Combination Secret Technique - A super strong technique that can be activated by certain characters
6. Adventure Mode - Allows players to explore the new world after the Fourth Great Ninja War
7. Network Battle - Allows players to participate in matching battles and time events
8. Character customization - Includes costumes, ninja information cards, and more

Single-player demo and pre-order bonus

Bandai Namco also announced a demo for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4." The demo will be available for free on Dec. 17 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gamers in North America and Europe. The Japanese publisher says the single-player demo will feature "the monumental fight between Hashirama and Madara."

While "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will be available on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Feb. 4 and in Europe and North America on Feb. 9, those who will pre-order the game will get special bonuses, including early access and exclusive content. Bandai Namco has also announced that GameStop Power-up Rewards members will receive a limited edition game poster that glows in the dark.
