Pastor Greg Boyd Says the Four Blood Moons Predict Nothing: 'A Waste of Your Time' (VIDEO)

Credit :

In a belief popularized by Texas evangelist John Hagee, the four successive full lunar eclipses that will occur between April 2014 and September 2015, called "blood moons," are God's signals that the End Times are upon us. The blood moons, named for the red hue the moon takes on as sunlight passes through the earth's shadow, will coincide with an event of "world-shaking" signficance, according to adherents to this belief.

Don't count Pastor Greg Boyd of Woodland Hills Church in St. Paul, Minn. among these adherents. This recent message proves him to be quite the opposite as he implores listeners to resist attaching prophetic significance to the rare astronomical event.

"We've got stuff to do!" he declares, impressing that the blood moons have no bearing on Christians' work in the world.

Listen to Boyd's take on the blood moons and let us know what you think in the comments.
