'Women deserved better': Pro-lifers react as Planned Parenthood tops abortion record

Lila Rose, the founder and president of the pro-life activist group Live Action, reiterated her calls to defund Planned Parenthood in response to the corporation's latest annual report.

In a Monday X post, Rose emphasized how Planned Parenthood performed over 400,000 abortions and received nearly $800 million in government funding. 

"DEFUND NOW!" the pro-life activist wrote. 

In a separate post on Monday, Rose celebrated the news that a portion of the reconciliation bill unveiled earlier this week by the Energy and Commerce Committee could cut funding to Planned Parenthood. 

"Any 'pro-life' member who opposes defunding is betraying voters," Rose declared. "Finish the job!"
