Promise Keepers Completes First of 18 Scheduled Conferences

The first Promise Keeper’s 2004 Uprising Conference was held June 4-5 in Albany, New York. Over 8,500 men gathered in the Pepsi Arena to listen to Erwin McManus, author of the book, “Uprising: The Revolution of a Man’s Soul,” which inspired the conference and also a Friday night concert led by Christian band Sonicflood.

The Albany conference was the first among 18 Uprising conferences scheduled this year. Promise Keepers reports to expecting 10,500 attending men for the next conference in Baltimore, MD, June 11-12, 2004.
