Rebecca St. James Performs At Festival Tasmania 2005

Sparrow Records Recording artist Rebecca St. James found herself in a spot not often found on the destination schedule of other major touring artists: Tasmania – the island paradise separated from mainland Australia by a thin stretch of the Bass Straits.

Earlier this month, Rebecca had the privilege of being invited by the Billy Graham Evangelical Association to bring her music and message to Festival Tasmania 2005 – where Franklin Graham led a major three day crusade at Derwent Entertainment Centre in the city of Hobart.

Terming the honor of sharing the platform with Franklin Graham “very humbling,” Rebecca has been the recent subject of filming by the BGEA ministry team. Her concert performance in Tasmania as well as a recent video shoot in Nashville will be edited for inclusion in an upcoming Billy Graham Evangelical Association television special to be aired nationally in April.
