Pastor Robert Jeffress' Pathway to Victory YouTube channel has surpassed 1 million subscribers, earning the video-sharing platform’s Gold Creator Award for reaching the major milestone.

In comments emailed to The Christian Post on Friday, Jeffress, who leads the 16,000-strong congregation at First Baptist Dallas, said the YouTube channel's launch was "an amazing opportunity to share the Gospel through our Bible-teaching ministry."

"We’re grateful for the response," he told CP. "We were late to YouTube, but by God’s grace, we’re making up for lost time."

The YouTube channel “Pathway to Victory with Dr. Robert Jeffress,” which serves as the channel for both Jeffress and his Pathway to Victory ministry, has more than 1.03 million subscribers.

Jeffress said the YouTube channel has seen "steady and consistent growth" since it was launched in 2024, but stressed that "the end goal is not the number of subscribers — it’s all about life change."

"The subscriber growth is a real accomplishment — but the story underneath it is more useful than the number itself: you have a strong, older core audience that watches deeply (42.6 percent retention, high watch time) and a much larger, younger discovery audience that isn’t staying as long and is hesitant to convert," he told CP.

"The next unlock isn't 'more views' — it's building better bridges from that viral, younger discovery layer into the subscriber and engaged layer. We want to genuinely connect with and minister to our audience with the greatest story ever told."

In a statement provided to CP on Thursday announcing the achievement, the ministry explained that in October 2024, when the YouTube channel was launched, around 600 videos were uploaded, with some garnering more than 1 million views.

According to YouTube, its Creator Awards are based on subscriber numbers. The Silver Creator Award is for accounts with at least 100,000 subscribers, gold for accounts that have at least 1 million, diamond for at least 10 million and red diamond for at least 100 million.

In addition to Jeffress’ main channel, he also has a smaller YouTube account called “Camino a la Victoria,” which is the Spanish-language version of his Pathway to Victory ministry.

Pathway to Victory was launched in 1996 and serves as the broadcast ministry for FB Dallas and aired by 900 radio stations across the United States.

"Our mission is to provide practical application of God's Word to everyday life through clear, Biblical teaching. Our goal is to lead people to become obedient and reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ," the website states.

"As our ministry continues to grow and expand, we are confident the Lord will use Pathway to Victory to advance the mission statement of First Baptist Dallas — to transform the world with God's Word … one life at a time."

In February 2025, Pathway to Victory received the 2025 National Religious Broadcasters Radio Program of the Year award at the NRB International Christian Media Convention.

"We are deeply honored to receive this recognition from NRB," said Jeffress in a statement provided to CP at the time. "Our mission has always been to pierce the darkness with the light of God's Word, and this award is a testament to the power of the Gospel to transform lives."
