The April release date will only be accurate for one region of the world since Samsung's devices normally launch at separate times in different places with the U.S. usually being one of the last areas to receive them.

ZDNet also recently referred to the Samsung Galaxy S3 arriving to shelves in the month of April in the first markets of availability. The device should hit the states shortly after.

YouMobile also gave its list or rumored specifications for the Galaxy S3 that differ slightly from some of the information that is already out there.

The site reports that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will feature a large 4.8-inch display with "a stunning 1080p resolution," which will surpass the retina display that is currently on the iPad and iPhone.

It will also be powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz Samsung Exynos processor and have an 8-megapixel rear camera with a 2-megapixel shooter on the front. It will run on Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich and be compatible with 4G LTE networks. Its display is rumored to stretch from left to right leaving no room for bezels in those areas.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 was originally rumored to be debuting at this year's Mobile World Congress, but Samsung decided to push its unveiling back in order to have the drop and reveal occur close together.

The device's predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S2 is one of the world's most popular smartphones, moving over 20 million units.
