'The Bold and The Beautiful': On Ruined Marriages, a Surprise Pregnancy, and Developing Relationship

Fans know that the showrunners of "The Bold and The Beautiful" have a knack of inciting tension among the characters.

Spoilers for the week of Oct. 2 reveal that this will be what is in store for the fans in the next few episodes. Liam (Scott Clifton) will be making questionable decisions that might jeopardize his relationship with (Steffy), which is something that Bill (Don Diamont) will extort. Furthermore, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) will continue on her plot to dethrone Quinn (Rena Sofer), while Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will work on his relationship with Eric (John McCook).

While Liam is working hard to help Sally (Courtney Hope) recover from the literal fire that Bill created, Steffy will be feeling neglected. According to spoilers, Bill makes this his advantage as he believes that the best way to punish Liam for his actions is to ruin his marriage. Fans might see Steffy get closer to Bill, which will eventually lead to a pregnancy confusion when she finds out that she's carrying a baby in the following weeks of "The Bold and The Beautiful." She will not know who the father is, and this can lead to heartbreak for Liam.

Meanwhile, Sheila will remain relentless in her plot to overthrown Quinn and win Eric's affections. She will be using Mateo (Francisco San Martin) who will appear seemingly for the sole purpose of developing a relationship with Quinn. Sheila will rejoice at the unexpected turn of events, especially when she realizes that Quinn has taken quite well to Mateo.

While Sheila and Quinn work out their differences and fight for the title of being a Forrester matriarch, Ridge will be busy trying to make up for the disaster he caused Eric. He will also be showing Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) with affection, who recently left Bill after she found out what he did to Sally.

"The Bold and The Beautiful" airs weekdays on CBS at 1:30 p.m. EDT.
