8-year-old Gabe with down syndrome has a big brother who plays high school football. His brother decides to do something incredible and heartwarming for his little brother.

Gabe is named the team's captain and even gets to play some downs with the team. Being the honorary captain they give him the ball on the kickoff and allow him to run it back. Not only does he just run a few yards, he runs it all the way back for a touchdown! The opposing team sees who has the ball and knows he will be a tough one to stop.

This was the last game of the season and the players did something amazing for this little star. Get ready to CHEER along!
