This Owl Petting and Kissing a Dog is So Incredibly Sweet, It's a Hoot (VIDEO)

With their sharp talons, ominous hooting and nocturnal schedules, owls can be a little spooky. They sit remarkably still, staring a hole through your soul with their saucer eyes.

Or an owl can be unbelievably sweet like Louise, this Eurasian eagle-owl, who pets Annie the bird dog as gently as her vermin-catching talons will allow. If that's not cute enough for you, she gives Annie a few love pecks on the ear just to show she cares.

But don't let this show of love fool you; Louise is a trained assassin. She works at Tactical Avian Predators, a company that provides "ecologically-sound pest control" using birds of prey to eradicate "pest birds, raccoons, skunks and other pests."
